Once again we remind all bidders to refrain from enquiring as to results prior to one full week after the closing date of the auction. To the same people over and over again, DO NOT RING or e-mail during this time. You are only slowing things down for everyone else.

During the time the auction is open please do not ask our staff how much to pay for a particular item or ask if there has been any previous bids already received, again to the same people stop asking we do not reveal this information at any time!

Late bids on un sold lots will be accepted after the auction but will not be processed until after all successful bids from the auction have been finalised and payed items posted.

When sending in your bid sheet please take the time to double check your lot numbers and bid prices. Make sure all hand writing is very clear and legible, a partial description is also advised.

If you wish to pay by credit card you will need to notify us either on your bid sheet or by phone . Do not assume we will automatically charge your card. It is illegal for us to do so.

As every sale is increasing in volume we take the time to try to ensure that all results are accurate. Please do not take offence if our purchase staff cannot answer your general enquires or return calls during this time.


At all other times when you are making bids please ensure you have your customer number ready, know what items you want to bid on, know what lot numbers they are and how much you are prepared to bid for them, we are not mind readers. Please do not ring without having this information ready.
