The present paper was devoted to the history of the faculty of physical culture and sport of South Ural state university.

The faculty of valeology, physical culture and sport was founded on the 15 of July 1996 in Chelyabinsk state technical university (now South Ural state university), focused to training experts in the field of recreational and sports technologies.

The chair of physical education, founded in 1947, became the basis for arrangement and development of the faculty.

Nowadays the faculty of physical culture and sport is a unique educational environment, facilitating formation in students of full spectrum of competences necessary for existence of sports, recreational, managerial and sociocultural activities.

Nowadays the faculty of physical culture and sport is a universally recognized scientific-educational center on training elite experts of new generation, capable of successful development of corporative and individual business projects in the field of sport, recreational and correctional physical culture and adapted to requirements of labor market not only in Russia, but also abroad. For the 15 year history over 800 experts graduated from the faculty, leading huge consultative work with trainers, teachers. The faculty conducts annual international conferences on the problems of physical culture.

NEUROVEGETATIVE AND NEURODYNAMIC CRITERIA OF ASSESSMENT OF ADAPTATION OF JUNIOR CHESS PLAYERS TO MENTAL LOADS

The purpose of the present research was to estimate neurovegetative and neurodynamic parameters as integral criteria of adaptation to mental loads of junior chess players in the age of 8–11.

There were analyzed specific features of neurovegetative regulation of heart rate in children with different tone of vegetative nervous system. Initial sympathicotonia was proved to be accompanied by more adequate response to mental loads and testified to better readiness of junior chess players to performance of test with mental load. The received results agree with the data on the fact that achievement of effective result of activity is associated with initial status of mental tension, caused by motivation to achieve significant result.

Junior chess players are characterized by higher rates of psychophysiological development compared to their coevals, are more adapted to mental loads. Adaptive responses of junior chess players are more "economical", "chess" load is characterized by more considerable than at "educational" mental load, activation of over-segment level of regulation of heart rate and moderate sympathicotonia. Pupils with initially dominating activity of sympathetic department of autonomous nervous system have higher level of attention and results in tests with mental load.

Abstract


INDICATORS OF CHANGE OF SPORTS SHAPE IN CLINICAL-FUNCTIONAL ASSESSMENT OF CARDIORESPIRATORY SYSTEM IN QUALIFIED ATHLETES

The present research was devoted to study of clinical-functional indicators of cardiorespiratory system, characterizing sports shape, promoting forecasting direction of adaptive responses of functional systems, synchronized by direct and inverse biological relationship in athlete's body, with possible correction of individual plans of physical training. Such an individualized image of possibilities of functional adaptation and readiness for limited physical and volitional tension will result hidden "weak" points of physiological regulation in deliberate advantage, promoting repeated chance of athlete's victory on competitions.

The purpose of the present research is to study self-descriptiveness of parameters of heart rate variability and ergospirometric activity of cardiorespiratory system in assessment of clinical-functional condition and physical fitness on qualified athletes.

The studies resulted in the conclusion that at present moment there were determined favorable and unfavorable scenarios of development of cumulative fatigue in athletes, which were the leading indicators of change of sports shape.

The distribution of respiratory phases while performing physical load of high intensity and in the state of rest.

ROLE OF CONNECTIVE TISSUE IN INTENSIVE TRAINING INFLUENCES WHILE FORMING HOMEOSTASIS AND EXERCISE PERFORMANCE IN ATHLETES OF OLYMPIC RESERVE

The study resulted in the conclusion on direct correlation of decrease of tension of immunological reactivity within adaptive changes at increase of load intensity, where the smallest shifts were in the percentage contents of В-lymphocytes and greatest changes of parameter JgG in three conditional weight categories. The highest peak of decrease was observed on the third year followed by increase. JgM parameters had the same relationship in light and middle weight. Heavyweight had decrease of JgМ on the fourth year of research. JgA concentration in lightweight increased slightly by the third, fourth stages compared to previous ones.

Connective tissue is important in the process of training athletes in mechanisms of adaptation at intensive training loads and requires profound study with further practical use.

The purpose of the present paper was scientific substantiation of temporary characteristics of adaptation in the mountains in conditions of local power muscle endurance.

Ultimate levels of oxygen utilization by muscular tissues are reached only in case of genetic predisposition of the system of aerobic energy production of athlete's body for regular training influences of aerobic loads and individual adequate organization of the training process (loads, responses, nutrition), promoting support of reactivity and resistance of adaptive mechanisms and optimization of work of all levels of respiratory cascade and hemodynamics.

Abstract


RESISTANCE TO ORTHOSTATIC INFLUENCE OF ATHLETES WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF TOLERANCE TO HYPOXIA AND HYPERCAPNIA

The purpose of the present paper is to estimate the influence of the level of tolerance to hypoxia and hypercapnia on indices of resistance to orthostatic influences.

Organization and research methods. There were studied spectrum characteristics of heart rate indices as an integral indicator of heart adaptive processes and arterial average dynamic pressure in athletes (speed skaters, wushu, judo) in the age of 18–25 (masters of sport and candidate masters) using impedance tetrapolar rheography based on the software "Kentavr".

Conclusion. Assessment of functional condition of athletes of different sports is to be approximate to the maximum to mechanisms of specific adaptation due to direction of physical loads. Herewith, there exist general rules of adaptation to them. In particular, orthostasis is not only the acute component of everyday human physical activity, but also is one of characteristics of its functional condition - direct relationship in children and senior athletes, shown in a number of works. The results received testify to the fact that growth of tolerance to hypoxia results in increase of orthostatic resistance of athletes of different sports with different character of physical loads (while estimating responses of cardiovascular system by both indices of hearts rate and arterial pressure, and spectrum characteristics), consequently, these tests can be considered universal criteria of assessment of adaptive tension level and used in dynamic observation along with routine and operating monitoring and for correction of educational-training process.
