<摘要>=In the paper, nanostructured, multimodal and conventional WC-12Co cermet coatings were sprayed by HVOF and the properties and structures of the coatings such as microhardness, microstructure, phase composition were compared. Finally sand solid and slurry erosion wear tests were carried out and their wear failure mechanisms were explored by XRD and SEM analysis. Research results show that microstructures of nanostructured and multimodal WC-12Co coatings prepared by HVOF are dense with little porosity, and their microhardness values are obviously higher than conventional WC-12Co coating. As well, it was found that nanostructured and multimodal WC-12Co coatings exhibited better sand solid and slurry erosion wear resistance in comparison with conventional coating and nanostructured WC-12Co coatings possessed the best sand solid erosion resistance properties at large impact angles and slurry erosion wear resistance. Testing results also show that although decarburization of WC occurred during spraying multimodal and nanostructured WC-12Co powders, the decarburization of WC for the nanostructured powder was more severe.

<摘要>=TEM, SEM and laser particle size analysis were used to study hydrothermal

crystallization and a charging composite dispersion of nanosized AlOOH, using a self-dispersed nanosized AlOOH crystal powder prepared by sol-hydrothermal method. The results show that the composite method can improve particle dispersion and stability in liquid. The improvement in the dispersion effect is attained by weakening the van der Waals force, reducing the particle surface energy through hydrothermal crystallization, and increasing the charge by partly dissolving the anions or cations at the crystal lattice surface. Based on these results, a mechanism for hydrothermal crystallization and a charging composite dispersion of nanosized AlOOH is proposed. The preparation of nanometer TiO2 and nanometer Al2O3 have been preliminarily studied using the composite dispersion method.

<摘要>=We report first principles calculations of the phonon dispersions of PbTe both for its observed structure and under compression. At the experimental lattice parameter we find a near instability of the optic branch at the zone center, in accord with experimental observations. This hardens quickly towards the zone boundary. There is also a very strong volume dependence of this mode, which is rapidly driven away from an instability by compression. These results are discussed in relation to the thermal conductivity of the material.

<摘要>=The Quay Crane Scheduling Problem (QCSP) plays an important role in the container terminal operation. In order to develop an effective QCSP model, in this study, the QCSP is decomposed into two sub-problems, i.e., the QC-allocation and QC-scheduling levels. By defining precedence constraints and heuristic rules, dynamic decisions were then made between ships and within a ship. An example of a specific container terminal was applied to validate the dynamic QC allocation and scheduling strategy. It was also revealed from the experimental results that the strategy possessed such properties as automated scheming, low memory occupation and user-friendly interfacing, viz., the operation efficiency, stability and practicality outperformed the existing mode. Therefore, this approach has been proven effective and pragmatic in automated operation and decision-making.

<摘要>=For cooled 320 × 240 detector with staring focal plane array, a novel middle infrared athermal optical system is presented. The system is composed of 5 spherical lenses. The materials of lenses are silicon and germanium. The optical parameters and modulation transfer function (MTF) are investigated. The system has the diffraction limited image quality and stable image plane from -30 °C to 70 °C. The characteristic parameters of the system are as follows: f/number of 4, cold shield efficiency of 100%, spectrum region of 3.7-4.8 μm and transmissivity of 80%. The system has the merits of simple structure, low price, and it is easy to machining.

<摘要>=Microcystins (MCs) are a family of related cyclic hepatotoxic heptapeptides, of which more than 70 types have been identified. The chemically unique nature of the C20 β-amino acid, (2S,3S,8S,9S)-3-arnino-9-rnethoxy-2, 6,8-trimethyl-10-phenyldeca-4,6-dienoic acid (Adda), portion of the MCs has been exploited to develop a strategy to analyze the entirety. Oxidation of MCs causes the cleavage of MC Adda to form 2-methyl-3-methoxy-4-phenylbutanoic acid (MMPB). In the present study, we investigated the kinetics of MMPB produced by oxidation of the most-often-studied MC variant, MC-LR (L = leucine, R = arginine), with permanganate-periodate. This investigation allowed insight regarding the influence of the reaction conditions (concentration of the reactants, temperature, and pH) on the conversion rate. The results indicated that the reaction was second order overall and first order with respect to both permanganate and MC-LR. The second-order rate constant ranged from 0.66 to 1.35 M/s at temperatures from 10 to 30°C, and the activation energy was 24.44 kJ/mol. The rates of MMPB production can be accelerated through increasing reaction temperature and oxidant concentration, and sufficient periodate is necessary for the formation of MMPB. The initial reaction rate under alkaline and neutral conditions is higher than that under acidic conditions, but the former decreases faster than the latter except under weakly acidic conditions. These results provided new insight concerning selection of the permanganate-periodate concentration, pH, and temperature needed for the oxidation of MCs with a high and stable yield of MMPB.

<摘要>=Some research has been done on making a compact, portable pulse forming line. A kind of ceramic based on SrTiO3 is used as the dielectric of the planar pulse forming line. The ceramic's dielectric constant is around 300 and can store more energy than water with the same volume. However, it is not easy to manufacture the large ceramic bulk but we did successfully manufacture 80×10×6 cm3 ceramic bulks. Using this kind of ceramic bulk as the dielectric, we successfully made a compact, portable line that generated a voltage pulse up to 150 kV with a duration of about 92 ns.

<摘要>=A new thick wall of single-cell contact theoretical model was developed with the stress concentration method of isolated hole in "infinite board" and the characteristic parameters of A, and the high-temperature sweating and self-lubricating materials were taken as an example to simulate and analyze the intracellular stress distribution of single cell body within the scope of λ<0.4<0.5 based on the model. The results show that: As the load increasing, the contact radius increases gradually and all of the stress in the contact region become bigger gradually; the maximum of shear stress gradually migrates from the cell surface to the internal cell, while the greatest of y-stress transfers from the contact center to the θ=0 and θ=-π, r=r2 of the pore; and the maximum of x-stress transfers from the contact center to the θ=-π/2, r=r2 of the pore; the stress concentration area gradually replaces the contact surface to be the source inducing micro-cracks. The parameters of A also has a great influence on the contact stress distribution: when λ=0.4, the y-stress margin of the pore stress concentration region and the contact region is the largest; while λ=0.1, the x-stress margin of these two places is the largest; when loads is greater than 1000N and λ=0.2, the maximum of shear stress is the minimum.

<摘要>=An improved method was developed for estimating the elastic modulus (Ec) of particle reinforced composites based on the Hirsch model and the characteristics of particle reinforced composites. For verifying the model, the experimental data were referred and used to calculate the elastic modulus of materials, which was prepared by spray deposition (SD) method. Results show that it has a good correlation between the theoretical and experimental elastic modulus, the theoretical elastic modulus herein is located between the upper limit of Voigt model (Ev) and the lower limit of Reuss model (Er), which proves that the method is effective and reasonable.

<摘要>=Through the drive test and vehicle working data acquisition on a certain urban bus route, the driving data from the series hybrid city bus WG6120HD was analyzed, and the hybrid system characteristics for the city were put forward. Based on this bus cycle, the control strategies that used the energy balancing for the city route and the engine dynamic power following were adopted to meet the total energy demand of the bus cycle and afford the transient power output of the bus. The control system managed the energy and the power separately, which harmonized the contradiction between the high power equipment and the lower average power demand for the city bus. The drive tests show that the hybrid system works reliably and the control strategies are reasonable and effective.

<摘要>=Based on the analysis of the control principle of engine rotary speed, the control of engine throttle by a stepper motor was investigated. The discrete mathematical model optimized by neural network PID control was established. The simulation of the engine throttle control was carried out by the LabVIEW software. The simulated results showed that the excess of the system was 0.018 and the output error of the stable state was nearly zero. The control method of engine throttle has good dynamic response and robustness.

<摘要>=The internal structure of unconsolidated and consolidated soft clay was studied by using scanning electron microscope (SEM). A digital imaging method was applied to investigate the evolution of pore size, pore number, pore-size distribution and pore number distribution of soft clay in the process of consolidation according to the SEM images. Based on the fractal concept of Sierpinski carpet the Sierpinski fractal dimension Ds, characterizing the structure of soil pore, is obtained from the measured data, and its variation following the change of pressure is investigated. The image analysis shows that the porosity and pore size decreases as the consolidation pressure increases, and the range of pore size becomes narrower. The consolidation process of soft clay has an effect of adjusting the gradation of micro pore. The study result on fractal shows that the magnitude of Ds reflects the variation of porosity of soft clay under consolidation. Large fractal corresponds to large consolidation pressure and small porosity. Obvious linear relationships between Ds and porosity, consolidation pressure and consolidation deformation respectively. So that Ds reflects the structure characteristics of soft clay. It is concluded that the magnitude of fractal can be utilized to predict the consolidation deformation of soft clay.
